#internet speeds

I am having issues downloading games on my gaming pc because of unstable internet speeds. When I first start the download, it puts my speed at around 80 mb/s but then shortly after it plummets to a couple hundred kilobytes per second. I have an ethernet connection and a very nice internet plan...
