    Question Why Pegatron IPMTB-TK Truckee board with Radeon 5770 won't powerup

    Removed CMOS battery, held power button, re-inserted battery. Sometimes it does start but often it just spins fans for few seconds. I've even experienced fans spin 2 or 3 times like if it's trying to start. Sometimes the fans spin hi speed but just a black screen (not even a no signal)...
