    [SOLVED] my pc keeps restarting after updating BIOS

    Hi, my friend facing a problem when he updated his BIOS which is the PC keeps restarting , he have take the computer to maintenance shop in his area and they said it might be either the MOBO or the CPU which need to be change . so can any one tell me how can i troubleshoot the exact problem...
