keyboard unresponsive

sometimes when i press my D key it doesn't respond even when i hold it. I have to repeatedly press it to get it to work. It sometimes does this to my W key as well. I tried cleaning the keys with soap but that didn't work. My keyboard is the Redragon K556

I notice that when doing a Recovery/Reset this PC/Remove everything operation, Win10 will create a windows.old folder similar to the one it created when doing a win7/8 to win10 upgrade. But the folder created during the upgrade disappears after 30 days. Does anyone know if that happens with...
