Labeling

Can anyone explain to me what the 3 digits and 1 letter in the Hynix chip labeling means? It can be 117A, 345V, 145A, etc. Searched everywhere haven't found anything.

Hello all, I am about to pull the trigger on a corsair H90, but not sure if it will fit my new 2011-v3. I am cooling a 5820k @base clock. Are they much different in form factor? Other than extra pins, I just need to know if this will fit? I am assuming yes. They list it as 2011 compatible, but...
