lag issues

Recently started Tarkov (not light i know) and getting very low FPS, even tho on a 'high fps' config. I've also struggled a LOT on light games, for example when i played Paladins and TF2 i was getting constant FPS drops to the 60-70 FPS region when engaging in fights. I built this expensive ass...
