laptop high temperature

i can't figure out why my laptop cpu is way too hot. Already done dusting and thermal paste already changed by profesional (changed after notice high temp), already check the GPU will change from integrated to NVIDIA when gaming too. and i check using SpeedFan, the fan is around 3K rpm when idle...
