laptop turning on randomly

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3521 and it is randomly turning itself on in the middle of the night. Somebody told me there might be an option enabled in the bios that has my laptop turn on if screen is open. But I closed the screen when I went to bed and it still turned on. Somebody please help as I...
