Is there any problem if my gpu or cpu usage reaches 100% and if they are on a high temperature like 60 degrees. (GPU- Zotac Gtx 1050 ti mini and CPU-Ryzen 3 1200 3.8 oc)

Im thinking of buying a 780 ti now i have the money but i dont know if i should save up for a few more months to see if the 800 series is any good or even if the 790 comes out (which is probably highly unlikely) also from what im hearing the 880 will only be £400-500 and right now the 780 ti is 500.

How many does this chime with. Mine came with Molex connectors (1 cable branching out 4 times and with floppy adaptor connected), 24 pin power cable, the smaller power cable, SATA cables times 2 and I think two of another type which I can't remember. I'm not at my build so can't check for definite
