legion 5 profan settings

hi, first gaming laptop and the fans are super loud and i have no idea how to change this or make them more quiet and i know its doing alot of cooling with it being a gaming laptop but is there any way i can setup a fan curve like i have on my desktop with AMD? super thanks for any advice on...
