    Question gpu usage spiking causing stutters

    when playing Life Is Strange the GPU usage spikes every 1/2 seconds causing stutters where the fps drops from 300 or so to about 50 and the frame freezes on the screen for a couple ms only occurs in LIS. No other games or activities. happens even if I'm on 800x600 and everything on low...
