lightening z

Short version: I cant OC beyond 1950Mhz. Long version: i) OC issue:- I got this MSI Lightning Z 1080TI, supposedly dream card for Overclocking. It manually OC (MSI AB) only +50mhz coreclock to max 1950Mhz. Thats far less than my previous Strix 1080Ti i.e 2080Mhz. I tried everything but...
