I have a DELL Inspiron 545 PC (2009) with an ATI Radeon 4350 GPU. DxDiag says it does not support Miracast and only supports WDDM 1.1 (WDDM v1.3 is the minimum required for Miracast). I am trying to get the MS Link To WIndows APP to work. Most features will work but it will not open the screen...
