low fps rx 6600

I just change my GPU from GTX 1050ti to RX 6600, using Ryzen 5 1500X CPU. My GPU usage is shown as below 30% (sometimes only around 10%), and CPU usage only 50%. With 1050 Ti the FPS could reach 100++, but with new 6600 it can't even manage 100 in game, average is 40-60. Settings in game were...
