    [SOLVED] Is lowering turbo boost max power & short max power safe? what does it do?

    An image from Intel XTU: Does this decrease clock speed if there is no power? what happens if I set Turbo Boost Short Power Max and Turbo Boost Power Max the same vailue like 65w? does this make short power max useless? (I'm experimenting)
