loww performance

All other games like witcher 3,horizon zero down etc run great on ultra but dying light for some reason have fps drops to 35 fps.I remember even with gtx 970 i was able to play in constant 60 frames without drops.now with rtx 2070 this is unacceptable.My temperatures are ok because i repasted...
