I have WD SN530 M2.0 NvMe 2280 512gb SSD on my Asus g14. Can I upgrade it with WD SN570 M2.0 NvMe 2280 1TB of better write/read speed?

So I have the MAG Z590 TORPEDO mobo, and I was wondering if I used two m.2 slots if I would be taking a hit on performance, as my one M.2 is PCIE4.0. Would It slow down each m.2 to x2 lanes instead of x4? Since the GPU has x16 and that leaves x4 to the m.2 if I'm correct.
