I used Macrium in the past but it became unreliable but I can't rememeber why, I also used the make Disk Image & had good results with that, but haven't done any of this since 2017.. Whats the best way to make backups today in this age?

SSD is new from the box. Microsoft windows 10 USB boots up, then i get to choose what bit i am going to choose. I select 64 bit then load up , but then it goes to a black screen then i dont see anything need help what could it be. Would appriciated the help. Thank You.

Windows Defender takes about 10 seconds to open from the taskbar but sometimes opens instantly, usually on a clean boot. Is this normal?
