MAXIMUM SETTINGS

So I have a bit of a weird problem. I have a pair of iphone headphones and when I first plug them into my laptop they don't work. They only work if I restart my laptop and the headphones are plugged in when it restarts. However, if I ever take them out and put them back in, it doesn't work again...

I'm currently upgrading my storage solutions. I've got a 1tb filled to about 360gb (I keep a tidy rig) and am going to get a 250gb 840 evo. Now, I'm also upgrading the rest of my rig all the way down to the motherboard itself, so I know I shouldn't try to clone anything over (even if I could...
