memory managment

I just built my PC and I’ve run into this same problem for almost a year, I’ve narrowed it down to two problems, I get a BSOD memory management if I don’t update my GPU drivers, but if I do this then my screen will start to flicker and get multiple 4101 display errors every day doing basic tasks...

my pc specifications are amd x4 860k processor gtx 960 2gb zotac 520 watt power supply 8gigs of g.skill ram msi a78m-e45 motherboard everytime i try to use oc genie 4 it says it requires a 65watt k series processor i thought the 860k was a 65 watt k serie processor could somebody please...
