metro apps

Hello everyone. There was an issue with Windows 10 where if the default metro apps were removed in one build (1803 as an example), updating to the next build (1809 as an example) would bring them back again. Has this issue been resolved already?

As the title says. Since Windows 10 was released, do the majority of desktop users use these at all?
