mild overclock

Hello everyone, I have a personal build I am going to do that will have a Ryzen 5 2600, and a B450M pro4. I was wondering if I could do a very mild overclock on this CPU to get it to about 3.7 ghz on this board. Is it possible? If it is, can you guys recommend a cooler for it to me? I'd like the...
