    Question RTX Power limited to 45%

    I have RTX 3080 Gigabyte Vision, it has been working fine for 19 months , but suddenly it won’t go over 45% power limit even when I set it to 100% on Afterburner , I have another card of the same type and it’s working fine. Pictures Below https://1drv.ms/f/s!AtUyqv0wiC2qhLs9Hwp5Yl0ql_5Rcg
