mmo gaming mouse

so i have these small hands, and im looking to get a new mouse i primarily play mmo's and photoshop work so i would need my next mouse to have the numpad on the side if not something very similar. I am currently using the Razer Naga Trinity which i find myself finger tip gripping in photoshop...
