I’m going to buy a laptop soon but I’m stuck with these two GPUs. Both laptops are very identical the only difference is the brand and the GPUs.

Does anyone have any idea what something that can control your Windows Sound mixer would be called. I have seen youtubers with a little panel that controls the windows sound mixer. I would like to buy one of these but I just don't know what they would be called. I've looked up a mixer and I have...
