modern warfare lag

I have a i7 7700k, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB of 3000mhz ram. My wifi is not an issue since I do not lag on any game that I play besides ModernWarfare. I set the graphics to low, I set the CPU priority to normal and such, I turned off NVIDIA overlay. Nothing works, I still get a 2 second lag spike every...
