I used DSR to increase my computer's resolution to 2K, and it looks great on my 1080p monitor. However, when I turn off DSR, my computer can no longer display 1080p properly. The entire screen becomes heavily aliased, and curved lines can't be displayed properly at all. I've tried reinstalling...

Does anyone know if using a 1080 p screen with DSR factors to upscale to 1440p puts more less or the same amount of strain on your GPU as using a native 1440p res monitor.

Some games i used DSR to play in 1440p just to get 80%-90's% gpu utilization(i got a not really balancing rig-R51500X+2060)..example,i got an avg 80fps in a particular game .. So if i get myself a real 1440p monitor will the results be the same avg 80fps..or lower?? Thanks in advance.
