monitor 75hz

Hey all so i basically have a tv not a monitor which is 60hz , basically i want to buy aoc 75hz monitor 21.5 , my main question is , is there a really big difference? Between 60 to 75hz? Also my pc can handle most of the game at 75hz or above abit , but i m just debating , would i feel more...

I was just playing and then this happen suddenly, after i take a 1 min break, when i return i cant see nothingg, my mothitor is flickeringg. I tried to change motherboard but its still there. Also tried to plug in the monitor onlyy but its still the sameee. I am using nvision xc24s. Please helpp

Hi all, i've just bought a LG 25UM58 ultrawide monitor as there was a brand new one going cheap. It's 2560x1080 and supports 75hz but when connecting to my laptop I don't get a 75hz option anywhere. I'll list all specifications I think are relevant below but feel free to ask for more. Thanks...
