monitor input

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Every morning my monitor glitches out for a bit before going back to normal after about 3-5 minutes. I've updated all drivers and checked multiple cables and different inputs but it has the same problem. Here's the video I uploaded to Gdrive.

So I recently just ordered the AOC C27G2ZE, It goes up to 240hz and I have it plugged in via display port to my pc. In my nvidia control panel It only gives me the option to go up to 120hz. I decided to make a forum because I cannot find out anywhere else online if my components are compatible...
