    Question why my monitor only do 60 hz but shoud do 165hz?

    My GIGABYTE M27Q monitor 1440p 165hz some times do 144hz and some times do only 60hz. I'm ussing HDMI 2,1 cable. When i turn on and turn off HDR then its stuck 60hz. P.s I'm a laptop user and it has only one HDMI cable.
