    [SOLVED] Internet throttling

    I recently built my new pc and my internet speed seems to be a lot slower then it is meant to be. Im getting 100mps on my new system however on my old pc and even on my current laptop, I'm getting 250mps. Does anyone know what might be causing this?. Any help is appreicated.
