movie and games

Hey there, This is my first Forum post ever so, let me know if im doing something wrong! Ive built my PC 3 month ago and it doesnt feel like "he is THE THING" When gaming and watching a movie on D+ (Opera GX Browser) it crashes without anything like bluescreen etc. PC Crash while game loads up...
