I have a copy of Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019 installed in my system but there's an issue with it. None of the applications start and gives the error mentioned in the title. The problem gets fixed temporarily after using 'Quick Repair' from the control panel but after every reboot the issue...

Hey guys I'm on a budget for a gaming pc I have monitor and everything but i want a system that can run most games at ultra my highest price would be $1200 and i was looking at the r9 290. The prices have to be Australian as well. Thanks
