My pc died

So i was playing warthunder normally on my pc like i always did but now it randomly just turned off and i can't turn it on again, when i press the button nothing happens but there is still a blue light glowing I don't now what's the problem i thought about the PSU but there is still the blue...

Hi guys, i have an XFX 5450 1GB and so far have o.c'd to engine: 880mhz, memory 605mhz.. Can i push this any further without damaging the GPU ? Im looking to o'c because i get a bit of lag when playing certain maps on Counterstrike GO. Thanks
