Phone is Nokia 6.1. June security patch. navigation bar is unresponsive to touch. Happens when scrolling or switching between recent apps. EX: I am closing recent apps then want to go to home screen. Home screen button is unresponsive at first touch. Its like the device is taking time to finish...
