need upgrade

I have a Dell e6410 with upgraded RAM but now it needs a CPU that can keep up. It has an i5-540m but it's horrible. The motherboard is Dell 8885V. What it says is compatible: Core i7-640m Core i7-620m Are there newer versions of those two or better ones that would be compatible with the board?
