    Question Computer does not shut down with 4-port network card installed ?

    I have a 4-port NIC (StarTech ST1000SPEX4) in a new computer (MSI Codex R). When I try to shut down the computer it will shut down Windows 11 but the PC stays on, i.e. fans stay on, PCI-E card stay on, etc. I have to press the power button for 5s to do a hard shutdown and then start it again...
