no seal screw

hi guys last night i bought a used rx6700 xt gpu xfx 309. im using used gpu s for some years and never had a problem. this one is good too in aspect of performance (so-so) but i neglected and it doesnt have seal screw and the fan has a noise like a f. wolf. can i rely on it for 1-2 year? or it...
