#no signal

Hey everyone! I recently bought a used RX6800XT and after plugging it in my computer it won't show anything but a black screen/no signal so I plugged in my old RX580 since I don't have integrated GPU and turns out my "new" GPU marked with a yellow warning icon and error code 43 in device manager...
