    [SOLVED] Pc wont start has power

    I shut my computer off a week ago and it wont start. Tried with a new psu, wont start either. The lamp on my GPU is glowing , so it has power.I alsontried jump starting it, it didnt work.. Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H11M-S2H. GPU:GTY 960 4 GB DDR4 RAM CPU:PENTIUM II. PSU:HKC USP5580
