    Buy gtx 970 or not

    I am planning to buy gtx 970, but i don't know if i should upgrade my cpu because at 2.6ghz i think it will bottleneck the gpu.And i won't play games at the desirable fps.Any advice is welcome and helpful. Thanks in advance. :D
