one digit

hi it's my first time posting here i am getting cpu usage drop recently and this make me lose a lot of fps. when i am playing csgo my cpu usage is at 30 or 40 percent and then it drops at like 10 or 5 percent. my specs are ryzen 5 2600 , single 8gb of ram, gtx 1660 and 600 w for the power suply...
