only gpu does not start

Hi guys I built a PC one week ago. My RX 6650 XT only starts if I switch the 6+2 pin connector on the PCIe cable; otherwise, the PC stays off and the GPU briefly flashes red. The 6+2 Cable has 2 of the connector . Everything else in the PC is working when i turn it on, it's only the GPU that's...
