optiplex 3040

Hi, I have Dell Optiplex 3040. It was working fine and suddenly turned off. I've checked the power supply diagnostic and its working fine with green light. But power button on front is not working, I also tried removing the case and pressing it, but its not turning on. No lights or indication...
