    [SOLVED] Use a backup image of Windows 10 on a new SSD.

    Currently waiting on a new M.2 SSD to arrive and I just need to know how to properly use the image of the SSD. The SSD has Windows 10, programs, settings, a game or two, and some mods. I used Macrium Reflect to make the image and it's stored on one of my hard drives.

    System stutters when no activity for >5 minutes

    Other than having Chrome open with one of the tabs playing Pandora, and 1 Sticky Note on my desktop there are really no other programs running (see picture for most active programs). The issue seems to happen when I do not touch anything on my computer and there is no input for about 5 minutes...
