osm locked

Hello, I have a HP 24 MH monitor, and it seems that the OSM menu is locked, and I can't get it unlocked. I've tried the "Press and hold for 10 seconds" advice, and that doesn't work. The button itself seems to work, because the popup saying it's locked only comes up when I press the button...
