overclock a10-7870k

I have an old cpu/apu which is the A10-7870k. I was wondering what i could do to get more perfomance or more fps in games? Overclocking? Like the ghz? Or the ram mhz??? Also how to do those stuff. I have AMD Overdrive here btw. First timer here 😅 Cpu - Amd a10-7870k Motherboard - Asrock...
