    Question I think my computer is underclocked

    Idk why but my computer goes below my base speed and at it's max power is my base speed and i just got my cooling pad today since i didn't had a cooler and i don't see a differences Intel(R) Core (TM) i3-5920U CPU @ 2.20Ghz Base speed 2.19 sockets 1 Cores 2 Logical processors 4 Virth disabled .
