I recently just setup my new PC. It has a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard. It came with an installation CD. My case does not have an optical drive. Do I need to download what is on the CD or can I go without it? If I do, how would I go about doing it?
When I turn on my PSU my mobo power light flashes once for a split second and then stays off. I cannot find the meaning of this anywhere. When I press the power button absolutely nothing happens, no fans or anything else. Does this sound like a dead board?
