You might say that i have a bad cooler or not much paste on.
I have a 360mm aio that runs at 2k rpms, It was used in my old friends pc, Same specs btw.
I also have a good amount of paste on it, Idle at 30c 4.6ghz.
But It goes up to 40-50 at 10-40% load, And over 40...
As the title suggests I was curious to see If I can build/buy/upgrade a PC for $1,500? If not I am willing to go up to $1,900 if needed. I am open to suggestions/feedback.... This would be a mix of New/Used Parts
